West Side Gin Fizz, $21: our Park twist on a classic takes Hendrick’s gin and blends it with elderflower liqueur, lime and cucumber.
Tennessee Iced Tea, $22: this Southern cousin of the Long Island Iced Tea features gin alongside vodka, whiskey, tequila, rum and fresh lemon and lime.
Aviation, $22: a floral Prohibition-era drop using Tanqueray, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, creme de violette and fresh lemon juice.
Tom Collins, $18: a tall, timeless refresher that blends Hayman’s Old Tom Gin with lemon juice, sugar and soda.
Dirty Martini, $22: to make this classic we use Never Never Triple Juniper Gin, Maidenii dry vermouth and Dirty Sue olive brine.
