Spritz because it’s (almost) summer!

Melbourne weather’s turning a corner (we hope!) and to usher in the warmer days we’ve gone spritz-crazy! 

Our amazing bartenders have created three refreshing Chuckle Park spritzes just for you:

Raspberry Spritz: a fruity, fizzy explosion of white wine, Chambord, lime juice, rose syrup and soda water, garnished with fresh mint and lime wedges

Floral Spritz: a sweetly scented floral bomb of Fiorente Elderflower liqueur, white wine, Crème de Violette, lemon juice and soda water, finished with lemon slices, a spray of absinthe and a slice of cucumber

Sunset Spritz: think pink with this heady blend of gin, Cointreau, white wine, lemon, sweet vermouth and a dash of bitters, served in an absinthe-rinsed coupe with an orange twist
